I've always loved photoblogs. I feel like I'm more of a
visual person than a writer. Sometimes though my brain
loves to tell stories and thanks to Inquirer, one has
been published already. So this blog will be a mix of
both: things I see through my lens or letters I type down
on my laptop. (: Best viewed using Google Chrome.
SSN

After the wedding and the vacation we had, we were back to business. We're almost done with our Adjustment of Status (AOS) pack. First on our list was to get my very own Social Security Number. And it was just this Monday when I got my very own SSN card on the mail.
If you are trying to get one for yourself you may go to this link to check which documents they may require from you. You may download the application form on the same website. J and I went there with my passport, the I-94 and visa inside it, our marriage certificate and the completed application form. The website will help you find which office is nearest you. It will take just a few minute to get it done but since it's tax season until April, the long lines and the wait will test your patience.
Welcome to americandreamofapinay :) This is my own personal blog where I was hoping to give a little light to the world of immigration based from my experiences. Use the drop-down menu above to navigate through old posts and use the chat box below to leave any comments or questions. Enjoy!
